Eight Things that will change in Hamburg Area as a result of the arrival of Cabela’s
One must remember that Hamburg is a small community so only eight things will have to do vs. the normal ten. :)

1. The Hop-Po Chinese Restaurant will add a venison dish to their menu selection.

2. Beautiful Beginnings Bridal Boutique will stock a bridal gown line featuring camouflage fabric.

3. J C Penney and Sears catalogs combined will be topped by Cabela’s catalogs in the remaining outhouses.

4. Occurrence of skin cancel will plummet in the area with the growth of billboards, banners and signs.

5. The Strand Theater will regularly run the Jack London movie “Call of the Wild”.

6. The Hamburg Medical Center will construct a drive through facility for carpel tunnel syndrome to accommodate fishermen at Kernsville Dam and Kaercher Creek

7. The Hamburg Community Concert Choir will begin practice of the song “Big John”.

8. Residents of the area will no longer have to explain where Hamburg is. Everyone will know that it is the home of Cabela’s
